If an exchange is desired, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to contact us and request an exchange. Contact us at Return.BelkoSportswear@gmail.com to get the process started. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if originally included), and in its original packaging. *NOTE* All Active Wear purchases "WITHOUT BUTT SCRUNCH" are eligible for EXCHANGES ONLY! Returns and refunds cannot be issued. Items with the customization “WITH BUTT SCRUNCH” are not eligible for exchanges nor returns. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items. Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges. We MUST be contacted before anything is shipped back to our headquarters.
